Ingredients
450 grams ground pork or ground chicken
2 green onions thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
0.5 teaspoon toasted sesame oil optional
1 tablespoon soy sauce
17 grams soy sauce equivalent to 1 tablespoon
450 g Pork ground pork or ground chicken, pork preferred
2 pieces Green onions thinly sliced
3 pieces Garlic cloves finely chopped
0.5 tsp Toasted sesame oil optional
1 tbsp Soy sauce or 17g

Directions
In a medium-sized bowl, add 450 grams of ground pork or ground chicken.
Add two thinly sliced green onions.
Add three finely chopped garlic cloves.
Optionally, add half a teaspoon of toasted sesame oil.
Add one tablespoon of soy sauce.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Place a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface.
Place a heaping teaspoon of meat mixture in the center of the wrapper.
Wet the perimeter of the wrapper with water.
Fold the wrapper in half like a taco, pinching it in the middle at the top.
Pleat both sides of the dumpling three to four times.
Place the dumplings in a steamer basket set over a pot with a shallow amount of simmering water.
Close the lid and steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve the dumplings with sesame oil or chili oil as desired.
Add the ground pork (or chicken) to a medium-sized bowl.
Add the thinly sliced green onions to the bowl.
Add the finely chopped garlic cloves to the bowl.
Add optional toasted sesame oil to the bowl.
Add soy sauce to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients together until fully combined.
Place a heaping teaspoon of the meat mixture in the center of a dumpling wrapper.
Wet the perimeter of the wrapper with water.
Fold the wrapper in half to make a taco shape.
Pinch it in the middle at the top.
Pleat both sides of the dumpling three to four times.
Place the dumplings in a steamer basket.
Set the steamer basket over a pot with a shallow amount of simmering water.
Close the lid and steam the dumplings for 8 to 10 minutes.
