[11 - 13] hello hello anyone ordering banana bread this week got bananas going bad don't
[13 - 15] you dare throw those out we were making
[15 - 21] a fast easy delicious banana bread first
[21 - 23] thing we have to do is combine all of
[23 - 34] our dry ingredients now we're going to
[34 - 42] cream our brown sugar and butter time to
[42 - 49] mix something about the bananas makes it
[49 - 51] feel healthier let's not take attention
[51 - 53] to the fact that we added it a stick and
[53 - 55] a half of butter bath it's fine three
[55 - 74] bananas going right in I forgot to add
[74 - 76] the cinnamon so we're going to add the
[76 - 78] cinnamon into the flour mixture now
[78 - 80] we're going to slowly incorporate our
[80 - 83] dry ingredients into the wet pattern

[97 - 97] now last but certainly not least some
[97 - 99] chocolate chips I like dark chocolate
[99 - 101] because it offsets some of the sweetness
[101 - 103] but you can use whichever type of
[103 - 108] chocolate you like now all we have to do
[108 - 111] is put this in the oven how easy was
[111 - 113] that wait till you see the results now
[113 - 115] we're going to spray the pan with some
[115 - 117] nonstick spray to make it easily come
[117 - 130] out once it's done last thing we're
[130 - 131] going to do before we put it in the oven
[131 - 133] is we're gonna take a banana peel it and
[133 - 136] then we are going to cut it down the
[136 - 143] center check that put them like yin and
[143 - 146] yang right on top of the banana bread
[146 - 149] we're going in the middle rack for about
[149 - 160] 45 to 50 minutes when your kitchen has
[160 - 164] an intoxicating smell of butter and
[164 - 165] sugar it's probably a good time to check
[165 - 167] the oven the way I like to see if my
[167 - 169] banana bread is done is I take a
[169 - 171] toothpick this is a ginormous toothpick
[171 - 173] and we're just going to stab it from the
[173 - 175] center and see if it comes out dry not
[175 - 178] wet nice dark brown color the bananas
[178 - 180] are starting to caramelize on top this
[180 - 182] is beautiful all right let's check it
[182 - 185] out
[188 - 188] that's a clean swipe that means the
[189 - 191] banana bread is done let it cool for at
[191 - 194] least 30 minutes so that it doesn't
[194 - 195] scorch your mouth I know it's hard but
[195 - 198] please just restrain I feel like I
[198 - 200] gained 5 pounds just smelling it already
[200 - 202] for the past like hour that it's been
[202 - 206] cooking and out of the oven a little
[206 - 209] crispy on the outside still super moist
[209 - 212] in the middle but the gooing chocolate
[212 - 214] I've got the fresh banana that's you
[214 - 216] know a little soft but also a little
[216 - 221] crispy on the inside
[225 - 225] maybe another bite really getting that
[225 - 228] nice crunch in the exterior of the
[228 - 232] actual banana bread moist buttery rich
[232 - 235] surprisingly not too sweet which I
[235 - 236] really like because I don't like a
[236 - 239] sweetness overload I really have nothing
[239 - 241] else to say this is the perfect banana
[241 - 243] bread it took me five minutes to mix it
[243 - 245] together and put in the oven what are
[245 - 245] you doing
[245 - 246] why aren't you already making banana
[246 - 248] bread right now ginger what do you think
