Ingredients
500 grams Flour Use all-purpose flour.
50 grams Sugar Use granulated sugar.
1 packet Yeast Use one packet of active dry yeast.
300 milliliters Water Water should be warm, about 110 degrees Fahrenheit.

Large bowl
Lightly floured surface
Greased bowl
Damp cloth
Greased baking tin
Wire rack
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and yeast until well combined.
Add warm water and stir the mixture until it forms a dough.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased baking tin.
Let the dough rise again for about 30 minutes or until it has risen to the top of the tin.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the loaf is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
