Directions
Cook wild boar stew following your preferred recipe. Serve with salmon rillettes as an appetizer.
Prepare a steak au poivre by seasoning the steak with peppercorns and cooking it to your desired doneness. Serve with sauteed mushrooms a la Grecque.
