[1 - 3] start cutting your chicken and add
[3 - 5] paprika garlic lemon and black pepper
[5 - 7] then mix it in
[7 - 9] properly now cook your chicken and
[9 - 11] prepare your sauce with Greek yogurt
[11 - 14] sweet peppers parsley and some lemon
[14 - 16] juice Blend that add lettuce
[16 - 21] tomato onions and there's your wrap
