Lattice-Topped Pie Crust

Directions

Trim the excess dough around the edges, then crimp to seal the crust.
Roll out the dough into a flat circle. Cut into strips.
Lay strips vertically across the pie, leaving space between each strip.
Fold every other strip back halfway, place a strip horizontally at the edge, then unfold the vertical strips.
Repeat the process by folding alternate strips and placing horizontal strips until the pie is covered.
