[1 - 1] deciding what to make for dinner can
[1 - 3] sometimes be a challenge when you're
[3 - 5] indecisive like me but want to try new
[5 - 6] things one thing that helps me get
[6 - 8] inspiration is picking a themed day to
[8 - 11] cook off of this month I'm trying out
[11 - 13] Mediterranean Mondays up first is
[13 - 16] pomegranate short ribs with parano penta
[16 - 17] now before you come at me saying this is
[17 - 19] not a simple week night meal let me
[19 - 22] convince you a few hours before dinner
[22 - 23] you're going to start by seasoning the
[23 - 25] meat searing it off and then chopping up
[25 - 27] an onion and some garlic next you begin
[27 - 30] building a deliciously sweet tast and
[30 - 32] Rich brazing liquid with pomegranate
[32 - 34] juice and red wine after 30 minutes of
[34 - 35] work you'll slip the meat into the
[35 - 37] brazing liquid add some time and set it
[37 - 40] in the oven for 2 hours in the meantime
[40 - 42] you can prepare the sides today I'm
[42 - 44] making Bano Penta but you can make
[44 - 46] whatever you'd like then you'll have
[46 - 48] plenty of time to clean up the kitchen
[48 - 49] and relax a little bit while an
[49 - 52] incredible Aroma fills the air then
[52 - 54] before you know it it's time to eat you
[54 - 55] can optionally strain the sauce then
[55 - 57] plate it up and get ready to enjoy this
[57 - 61] delicious home-cooked
