[31 - 34] that there exists somewhere a way
[34 - 37] better way to make eggs benedict from
[37 - 40] scratch think of it for a moment the
[40 - 43] traditional method takes 42 minutes to
[43 - 45] make my ideal
[45 - 46] solution would be to find something that
[46 - 49] would be reliable food proof less messy
[49 - 52] you know cleanish and very very fast
[52 - 54] hawk at first
[54 - 56] i don't want to betray eggs benedict
[56 - 59] either who do you think i am okay i'm a
[59 - 61] mad person yes but i'm not a lunatic
[62 - 64] properly post egg runny yolk white needs
[64 - 67] to be set the sauce needs to be silky
[67 - 69] but still flowing the english muffin
[69 - 72] needs to be crispy on the outside soft
[72 - 74] in the center burnt is not an option
[74 - 76] bacon needs to have some charred marks
[76 - 79] on it now in order to make the fastest
[79 - 82] eggs benedict ever i need first

[92 - 94] hollandaise sauce using a blender
[94 - 96] melt some butter in a saucepan until
[96 - 98] it's boiling hot add a few egg yolks
[98 - 101] some lemon juice and salt to a blender
[101 - 103] now blitz that at full speed and super
[103 - 107] super slowly add butter
[107 - 110] i mean that is hollandaise
[110 - 113] there is not much you can do to improve
[113 - 115] that recipe however using a whole egg
[115 - 117] instead of just an egg yolk basically
[117 - 119] make it easier because you don't have to
[119 - 121] separate the egg white from the egg yolk
[121 - 123] second boiling hot butter is not
[123 - 126] mandatory it just needs to be really hot
[126 - 127] actually i found out that i could be
[127 - 130] melting better in the microwave it's
[130 - 132] just faster but it also cuts down
[132 - 135] drastically on washing up this recipe

[143 - 146] original deal sometimes you get a love

[283 - 287] so thanks to these experiments i know
[287 - 289] now that i can create a faster
[289 - 292] ex benedict the question is though how
[292 - 295] fast can it get and at the moment i've
[295 - 297] got no answer because i've got just a
[297 - 299] list of actions that needs to be
[299 - 302] performed i need to turn these lists
[302 - 304] into the process that would waste the
[304 - 308] minimal amount of time possible

[319 - 322] the most optimized way possible so four
[322 - 324] big steps you've got poaching an egg

[330 - 333] step is subdivided into actions for
[333 - 335] example for poaching an egg you need to
[335 - 337] add water to mug crack egg
