Red Bean and Green Grain Taco Bowl

Ingredients
1 cup red beans cooked
1 cup green grains (such as farro or quinoa) cooked
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro leaves chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the red beans and green grains.
Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
Add the chopped cilantro leaves and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
