Ingredients
4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
2 cloves garlic cloves
1 teaspoon blackened seasoning to taste
1 cup white wine
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
2 tablespoons chives

Directions
Season chicken with blackened seasoning.
Prepare additional piece of chicken.
Add garlic to the chicken.
Cook garlic until it is golden brown.
Add white wine to the pan and bring to a simmer.
Add heavy cream to the pan.
Grate Parmesan cheese.
Add Parmesan cheese to the pan.
Chop chives.
Allow sauce to simmer to develop flavor.
Add more Parmesan cheese to the sauce.
Remove chicken from the pan.
Serve the chicken with the pasta and sauce.
